Wave From It All boasts an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. The spacious living area has generous seating and a large flat-screen TV. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and a small balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee. There is a dedicated dining area off of the living room, as well as a cozy nook for two. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the ensuite full bathroom boasts "his & hers" sinks and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and a bunk bed which has 2 full-size beds. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Head up the stairs to the loft area which has a desk, futon, 1/2 bath, and access to the rooftop open deck. The rooftop deck offers comfortable rattan seating for hours of enjoyment and spectacular views of both the sunrise and sunset. There is tile throughout the unit with carpeting only in the bedrooms and loft area. This unit also has a stack washer & dryer.
